Vodacom Blue Bulls Under-21 coach Nollis Marais welcomes back Jan Serfontein and Jean Cook to his side to play the Leopards in Potchefstroom on Friday.

Serfontein and Cook were on Currie Cup duty when the Blue Bulls last played and came up short against DHL Western Province and will no doubt bring some valuable experience and class to the side that still top the Absa Under-21 Provincial Championship despite their last defeat.

Cook comes in for Victor Hechter, who will play off the bench, while Serfontein's return means that Courtnall Skosan will play on the wing again, with Craig Pheiffer dropping out altogether.

Marais also opted for Damian van Wyk at fullback in place of regular, Riaan Britz, and Hencus van Wyk at tighthead, who replaces Stephanus Pretorius.

The team to play the Leopards at 17h00 is: Damian van Wyk, Courtnall Skosan (v/c), Christopher Bosch, Jan Serfontein, Travis Ismaiel, Tian Schoeman, Lohan Jacobs, Jean Cook, Wiaan Liebenberg ©, Shaun Adendorff, Marvin Orie, Mike Williams, Hencus van Wyk, Jason Thomas, Juan Schoeman. Replacements: Jaco Visagie, Basil Short, Schalk van Heerden, Victor Hechter, Emile Temperman, Christiaan Rust, Andile Jho.
