The Vodacom Blue Bulls Under-21 team outplayed the Toyota Free State Under-21 team in Pretoria on Friday, 83-17, to qualify for the final of the SA Rugby Under-21 Provincial Championship.
The home side scored 12 tries to two in this convincing win and will now face DHL Western Province in the final next week. The venue is still to be confirmed pending the results of the semifinals of the Currie Cup.
It was a one horse race from the start and the Vodacom Blue Bulls held a 43-10 lead at the break already and credit to them, did not slow down in the second 40 minutes.

The Vodacom Blue Bulls Under-19’s unfortunately lost their semifinal against the Xerox Golden Lions, with the home side winning 43-31 at Emirates Airlines Park.
It was a close affair in the first half, with the Vodacom Blue Bulls holding their own. The Xerox Golden Lions held a slender 15-14 lead at the break, but in the second half turned on the charm to seal the match.
