It is fair to say that 2014 will be a make or break season for the hard-running prop. Injury played havoc with his 2013 season and although he did start regularly in the latter part of the competition, he was afterwards often overlooked during the Absa Currie Cup.
The new scrum sequence will be testing on all props in the competition and if Greyling can adapt quickly, we might just see the return to the form that made him a Springbok in 2011.
A solid unit in the scrum and blessed with wonderful hands and a strong burst when carrying the ball, Greyling has all to play for this season.
