Martinus Pollard, who formed part of the 1946 Northern Transvaal side that won the Currie Cup for the first time, passed away on Friday, 19 May, two days after his 86th birthday.
Pollard, who played loose head prop for the Pretoria club, was known as Morrie or Pollie to his friends.
The funeral will take place at the Klipkerk in Vryheid on Wednesday, 24 May.
