The Vodacom Blue Bulls Under-21 team has been bolstered by the availability of former Junior Springbok captains William Small-Smith and Wiaan Liebenberg ahead of their final league match in the Absa Under-21 Provincial Championship against the Toyota Free State in Bloemfontein on Saturday.

Small-Smith and Liebenberg has been released from Absa Currie Cup duty and their arrival will boost the team's objective of a home semifinal spot, something that will be possible if they beat Free State and the Sharks Under-21's lose to DHL WP in Durban.

The return of Liebenberg see Ruan Steenkamp moves to the bench and Small-Smith will replace Dries Swanepoel, who also moves down to the bench. Scrumhalf Andre Warner will play off the bench and could make his u.21 debut.

The team is: Jacques Rossouw, Kefentse Mahlo, William Small-Smith, Burger Odendaal, Travis Ismaiel, Tony Jantjies, Carlo Engelbrecht, Nardus van der Walt, Wiaan Liebenberg (c), Roelof Smit, Dennis Visser, Irne Herbst, Hencus van Wyk, Jaco Visagie, Justin Forwood. Replacements: Ruan Steenkamp, Andrew Beerwinkel, Clyde Davids, Shaun Adendorff, Andre Warner, Dries Swanepoel, Jade Stighling.
