COMPETITION RULES


Terms and Conditions for Sportal Limited (Sportal) Competitions

Only one entry per person is permitted. Neither Sportal nor its appointed data storage facility accept responsibility for late or undelivered entries, or for any technical failure, malfunction or difficulty or for any other event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.


The winner will be drawn at random from entrants who have submitted correct answers. The winner will be notified and the prize will be supplied to the winner as soon as possible after the draw. Sportal shall not be responsible for prizes sent but not received by the winner.


No cash alternative is available and the prize is non-transferable without the permission of Sportal. No costs (other than those specified) associated with the use of or participation in the prize that are incurred by the winner will be paid. Sportal will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the winner in connection with using or participating in the prize.


The decision of the judges is final. Winners will be deemed to consent to the use of their name and likeness for publicity and commercial purposes without further compensation.

Entry to the competition may be conditional on geographical or other restrictions as notified, and in any event is only open to residents of those countries or states where the competition complies with local law and entrants will be deemed to be resident in the country or state identified in their registration details. Employees and immediate family members of Sportal Limited and its associated companies, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to take part.


By entering this competition entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which are governed by South African law and submit to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
